CANCELLATION POLICY

We greatly value and respect our customers time and ask that in return you value our time and salon policies. We understand that everyone has things come up but ask kindly that you notify our salon within 48 hours of your appointment our salon phone 971-344-1344. This allows us enough time to fill your appointment with clients that are on the waitlist. Obviously if you know more than a week ahead of your appt that you will need to cancel due to something coming up we ask kindly that you please give us a heads up as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 24 hours your card on file will be charged a 50% fee of your scheduled appointment, if you cancel less than 1 hour or no show your appointment you will be charged in full for your scheduled booking(s). Our policy is also if you are running more than 15 minutes late please contact the salon , depending on the stylists schedule you may have to have your service shortened or be rebooked and have to pay 50% of your original booked appt. We know not everyone understands but our schedules are solely based on time and running late can cause a huge problem throughout our day.
